Riccardo Svelto (b.1989) is an Italian photographer.

He graduated from LABA (Libera Accademia di Belle Arti) in Florence with a BA Photography (2015), where he now works as a professor teaching the “Developing a Photographic Project” course.

His work is mainly focused in the relationship between empathy and social dynamics, trying to understand the emotional interaction and mind shapes we face at different ages and circumstances of life.

“La Cattedrale”, published by Witty Books (2021) is his first photobook.

He is currently based in Florence, where he works as a professor and freelance photographer.
